Booking Rules & Regulations

1. Previous Booking Visibility: Individuals can view previous booking status during their booking process.
2. Booking Window: Bookings can be made up to a maximum 200 days in advance for any date.
3. Exclusive Booking: Once an online booking is completed for a specific date, no further applications will be accepted for that date.
4. Booking Limitations for Members: Each member is limited to a maximum of 2 bookings per year.
5. Payment Method: Bookings will only be accepted through cheques.
6. Payment Terms: The individual is required to deposit the full amount (by cheque) along with the printed confirmation to the club office on the same day. Non-compliance will lead to automatic cancellation of the booking.
7. Restriction:  (i) No DJ will be allowed at the event.(ii) Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the club premises.
8. Security Arrangement: For large programs, the organizer may arrange for their own security as per requirement.
9. Premises Inspection: The authorized person collecting the club’s key prior to the event is required to inspect the premises thoroughly. Any subsequent damage will be subject to a penalty.
10. Cancellation Clause (by Club): The club reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for its own purposes.
11. Application Submission: After online booking, individuals must deposit the booking amount through cheque payable to “Ordnance Club Ichapore” within 2 working days.
12. Multiple Applications: In the event of multiple applications on the same day, bookings will be allocated based on the order of cheque deposit.
13. Cheque Requirement: The cheque must be for the full amount.
14. Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed upon cheque clearance.
15. Cancellation & Refund (by Club): The club reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time for its own purposes. A full refund will be applicable in such cases.
16. Cancellation by Individual: If an individual cancels a booking for any reason, the booking amount will not be refundable.
